Addition of mobilenet_v3 and lighter models in the "Model" option of the site

• Task Description - Add some lighter models and/or newer versions of the models used in the repository. Include the proper functionality of the model in the source code. The models should be added to the website drop-down list as well. For example - the addition of the lighter model mobilenet_v3 in the code and on the site, given that mobilenet_v2 already exists.
