Auto-publish the upcoming event

When a new event is published/merged it should auto-publish to our channels.
- Post to twitter
- Send out an email (https://github.com/dsmjs/dsmjs.github.io/issues/20)
- Publish even to the "centralized calendar" (or whatever calendars exist in dsm)
- Update RSS feed
