Some of the dSPACE Software may utilize or contain third-party software. Said third-party 
components themselves may be subject to additional terms and  conditions or terms and 
conditions of their own which deviate from the ones that apply to the dSPACE Software. 
Copyright notices and License terms in third-party components must be adhered to. If the 
user is required to be explicitly informed of and to  comply with the terms and conditions 
of third-party components, the relevant information on said terms and conditions is stated 
below. 

Unless the third-party license conditions explicitly grant more rights, and in cases where 
no additional license conditions are referenced in this list, the Customer may use the 
third-party component only in combination with the dSPACE Software and only within the scope 
required by the contractual use of the dSPACE Software. 

Teile der dSPACE Software können auf Software von Drittanbietern zurückgreifen oder solche 
enthalten. Entsprechende Drittanbieterkomponenten können für sich genommen eigenen oder 
zusätzlichen Bedingungen unterliegen, die von dem abweichen, was auf die dSPACE Software 
Anwendung findet. Hinweise auf die Urheber und beizubehaltende Lizenzbestimmungen in 
Drittanbieterkomponenten sind zu beachten. Ist in Bezug auf Drittanbieterkomponenten 
vorgeschrieben, dass der Kunde über die Bedingungen und Konditionen des Drittanbieters 
ausdrücklich in Kenntnis gesetzt wird und sich diesen unterwirft, finden sich nachstehend 
Informationen dazu. 
 
Soweit in den Lizenzbedingungen der Drittanbieter nicht ausdrücklich weitergehende Rechte 
eingeräumt werden und in den Fällen, in denen keine zusätzlichen Lizenzbedingungen in 
vorliegender Liste erwähnt sind, hat der Kunde in Bezug auf Drittanbieterkomponenten lediglich 
das Recht, diese in Verbindung mit der dSPACE Software und nur in dem Umfang zu nutzen, wie 
es für den vertragsgemäßen Einsatz der dSPACE Software erforderlich ist. 


Compilations

The dSPACE Software may contain open source compilations (hereinafter "compilations") 
created by the licensor. These compilations are collections of individual components that may 
be the intellectual property of third parties. The rights to the compilations are held by the 
licensor. The compilations may be changed for personal and internal use. The transfer of the 
compilations is not permitted. The above does not involve a restriction or modification of the 
rights to the individual components resulting from the respective license conditions applicable 
to this software.

dSPACE products can contain software that the license owners provide for use on the basis of Free 
and Open Source Software licenses. The original versions of the text of the relevant licenses are 
located on the data storage medium of the product you are using or in the downloaded data. Upon 
written request, we will provide the source code of the software if this is required by the 
respective Free and Open Source Software license, e.g., by the GNU General Public License, Version 2.

limited to three years starting from the date of product delivery.

LICENSING

Since GnuTLS version 3.1.10, the core library is released under
the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) version 2.1 or later
(see doc/COPYING.LESSER for the license terms).

The GNU LGPL applies to the main GnuTLS library, while the
included applications as well as gnutls-openssl 
library are under the GNU GPL version 3.  The gnutls library is 
located in the lib/ and libdane/ directories, while the applications
in src/ and, the gnutls-openssl library is at extra/.

The documentation in doc/ is under the GNU FDL license 1.3.


Note, however, that the nettle and the gmp libraries which are
GnuTLS dependencies, they are distributed under a LGPLv3+ or GPLv2+ dual
license. As such binaries linking to them need to adhere to either LGPLv3+
or the GPLv2+ license.
