Upload to MATLAB Central

After #8 is done, upload to the MATLAB Central (by Mathworks).

MATLAB Central does allow connecting to GitHub but unfortunately doesn't probably link to the Releases page -- it downloads the master branch directly. Exposing the package like that would only confuse users.
