The "Send all" checkbox overrides selecting specific coins

**Describe the bug**
On the "Send" page, when the user selects specific coins to send, then enables the "Send all" checkbox, the amount to send is set to the whole balance of the wallet.

**Expected behavior**
The send amount should be set to the sum of the selected coins.
