Logo has full width

Hi there, after switching to Elm-ui, I noticed that my logo (done in svg) now spans the full width. Wrapping the Svg in an Element.el and setting the width manually does not help.

This btw. does only happen for a custom logo. Looking into the code, I notice that I am required to provide a logo as an Element, whereas the default logo is in Html. I'm not sure how you convert the Element into a Html, but maybe that's the problem?

Edit: This seems to be the problem. I could find a workaround by adding a custom header, that is just a copy of your implementation, with the only difference that the logo is not wrapped in an Element.html.

@Orasund I've recently made a release that solved style conflicts caused by multiple elm-ui layout [] -- could you please check if this fixed this problem by any way? Thank you!
