feat(i18n): Add Indonesian (id) locale translation

Hi @StevenTey & Dub team!

I have prepared the initial Indonesian (id) translation support for Dub.co (apps/web/messages/id.json and apps/web/lib/i18n/request.ts) on my fork samlehoy/dub:feat/id-translation. It is clean and ready to merge.

Since PR creation is currently restricted to collaborators on dubinc/dub, could you please add me as a collaborator or allow opening a PR for this i18n contribution? Thank you!
