VCPKG Caching Not Yet Enabled in `community-extensions` Builds

Hi DuckDB Team,

I was reviewing the community-extensions builds and noticed that VCPKG caching via Cloudflare doesn’t appear to be enabled yet.

For example, I’m seeing lines like:

Restored 0 package(s) from HTTP servers in 1.9 s. Use --debug to see more details.

In contrast, builds in my repositories where Cloudflare caching is set up show:

Restored 85 package(s) from AWS in 3.1 min. Use --debug to see more details.

I’m opening this issue as a friendly reminder—without caching, the Airport release builds will likely be slower than they need to be.
