Support for MS SQL Server as catalog database

It would be very helpful if you also support MS SQL Server as a catalog database, especially in an enterprise environment this would increase the adoption of duck lake quiet a bit (I guess ;-) )

If someone has time to check if it works with ducklake + sqlserver that would be great.

If it does not work, what are the minimal requirement to use it with the ducklake extension ?
