How to Segregate tables based on clients in ducklake

Hi Team,

we would like to segregate the data folders based on country ,client, product , engagement , we are using postgres database for ducklake.

Request to guide how we can maintain different folders for different client using postgres database . currently when we are creating ducklake its pointing to single directory which is used for all tables.
