Ability to attach/query a ducklake from postgres (via pg_duckdb)

For anyone interested, I have a working PoC for DuckLake + pg_duckdb (duckdb/pg_duckdb#830). Would love to receive more feedback and learn about real-world use cases that could benefit from this integration.

Glad you got this working, I'm interested in querying a whole set of parquet files of aviation open data, stored on S3, and also a minio instance. I'm now experimenting with postgres + pg_duckdb on a postgres read replica, as well as a duckdb instance with the postgres extension, in order to automate the pipeline to generate the parquet files. This is part of a Cloud DWH benchmarking project, which was initially implemented with MicroStrategy, but will be ported over to Apache Superset, to maintain a completely FOSS stack.
