Current State of Crash Stability

With the recently release v1.1.0 and v1.1.1 I was just curious what the consensus is on the state of stability and server crashes is for pg_duckdb. I am very excited to start using pg_duckdb heavily but have been very wary of recommending it to customers because of the crash reports. I'm hoping a lot of those issues were addressed with the last release but just wanted to check in.
