Bugfixes

• fix: respect ignored states from configuration settings ([Bug] Scene with state 'unknown' reported despite "Exclude unknown" checkbox being enabled #278)
• fix: ignore entries within jinja comments (Jinja comments are being parsed/checked and creating false-positives #275)
• fix: exclude lovelace.* from the parsed items (Dashboard interpreted as missing entities #277)
• fix: assign notification_id for persistent_notification only (Since 0.8.4 I get "extra keys not allowed @ data['notification_id'" #279)

How to install

HACS -> Watchman -> ... -> Redownload -> Need a different version?

Thought I would try this as upgrading from 0.8.3 to 0.8.4 takes my missing entities from 7 to 76, and this one it's 73. Before 0.8.3 I had zero except for a few I excluded in the settings.
