Program does not install in Windows 8 #4
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run eSuite_1.04.exe results in error message (folder eSuite\Imagenes cannot
be created). Installation fails.
also
1. Open eSuite_1.04.jar when JRE 8 is already installed and running on the
latest IE and the latest Firefox. Results in the same error message and
Installation fails.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error message: the following folder cannot be created: C:\program files
(x86)\eSuite\Imagenes
Please provide any additional information below.
Please provide detailed installation procedure. Is the software compatible
with Windows 8?
