Feat: CI/CD + Dependabot for `Go` Project

In light of #5 (comment) 🎉
We need to:

• showcase basic testing, CI/CD (with GitHub Actions)
• and @dependabot in this repo.

zsh: command not found: go

Run:

brew install go

Then:

go version

go version go1.22.5 darwin/arm64

Note: running go on a mac that hasn't yet run any go projects ...
