The option InfiniteReactiveLimits is not properly used, should be renamed

When specifying the option "InfiniteReactiveLimits" in dynaflow configuration file, we consider we use infinite limits for reactive power. In ParGenerator class instead we set both P and Q limits to infite. The option should be renamed into "InfiniteLimits"

In this case useReactiveLimits from generic LF parameters in pwosybl should not be used anymore and a new specific parameter useLimits (or something like this) should be added in specifics parameters in powsybl dynawo.
