Description
For each question in a questionnaire it should be possible to define whether it counts for the evaluation grade or not (default: yes).
This is necessary to add informational questions like "Have you participated in this or that before?" without having the yes and no answers affect the overall grade of the evaluation.
An icon fas circle-info icon-gray should be displayed next to the question on the voting and results page (after the question text) with the tooltip "This question does not count toward the evaluation's grade".
Answers to such questions should be skipped when the results are calculated.
