Unit of physical dose in result struct

Hi,
I want to compare TOPAS and matRad. Since it is not mentioned in the Wiki, does anyone know the unit for the physical dose in the result struct?

The unit should be Gy (per fraction). Anything weird going on with TOPAS?

Thank you! As you can see in the picture below, matRad and TOPAS do not quite fit well together. Since the dose in TOPAS is scored as Gy/pp, I have already converted it to MU by multiplying the TOPAS values by 10^6 (I found this constant in your matRad-TOPAS interface files). In some files it is mentioned that you need the number of MU in the basedata files to probably then convert the TOPAS values from Gy/MU to Gy.
I am wondering whether some of the differences you can see in the graph below originate from the fact that I have not yet incorporated the number of MU in the TOPAS values. This was computed using the same waterphantom and using only one pencil beam for both matRad and TOPAS. I think the Gy/MU to Gy conversion should be neglectable in the case of pencil beams, right?
