Why is there no match between the given angles and the drawn angles?

In example 2, There is a discrepancy between the coordinates of the given gantry angles and those drawn in the GUI. Can I know the reason for this?

After the first optimization, the GUI is opened with matRadGUI.
The second example changes the gantry angles in the pln struct in the workspace and then reoptimizes.

The problem is that we have no automatic way of "reacting" to changes in the workspace. So the GUI will not reread the changed gantry angles from pln or stf automatically. Wenn you, at the end of the example, click on visualize plan/beams, the corresponding visualization function will read the new angles which are different from the settings in the "Plan" Widget.

I agree that this is not ideal. A simple remedy would be to just hit refresh in the GUI or run matRadGUI again.

I still will work on a small fix on the example.

I've integrated a GUI update into example 2 and fixed some bugs in #857. I will close this issue now. Feel free to reopen it if you have any further issues with example2.
