Create @uuv/a11y audit

Create a web application inspired by the Ara tool made available by the French government.

It will be possible to :

1. Initiate an audit by selecting an accessibility reference system
2. Import automated audit results from @uuv/a11y Dashboard
3. Evaluate compliance with criteria on all sample pages and validate the audit.
4. Generate accessibility statement

Tasks :

• Technical studies, feasibility studies, solution selection and requirements definition and build foundation
• Build screens and internationalize texts
• Implement connectors and BDD connexion
• Build communication standard and integrate UUV-A11Y report
• Internal Testing and Debugging
