Options to get rid of lodash

lodash makes up about 25% of the compiled package size. However, it is only a dependency of json-api-normalizer. Consequently, there are three options for radically reducing the size:

• find another normalizer implementation
• write one
• contribute lodash removal to json-api-normalizer
