Add 'Export to Word' feature

I'll look for a ColdFusion plugin/extension that offers this. Would be good not only for the Auditor's office, but for other bureaus as well, as they use Word versions of the agenda for many different purposes.

I'm gonna close this because Aaron said it'd be extremely hard and it'd probably be better to export to PDF and manually convert to Word because of the proprietary nature of the program.

It looks like it's a lot easier to do in PHP than CF. Good to know for the future!

Reopened this because there are external APIs we could use to get around the limitations of ColdFusion. We'd still have to test these to see if it exports nicely, but one of them should work. Here's probably the best API:
