readnek.m throwing error #3

Hello,
I am Sam. I am trying to use readnek.m to extract data from .f00001 files. It is working fine for normal output files. I also use the restart functionality to generate field files. readnek.m is throwing error for these files. It would be really helpful if somebody can comment on this. Any help on this will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
