Describe the bug
CI tests started to fail today on docker using the latest tag.

Expected behavior
The CI tests to run with the latest tag of the official existdb images.
To Reproduce
Run tests against the latest tag of existdb/existdb:latest.
Context (please always complete the following information):
- Build:
existdb/existdb:latest - Java: 17 OpenJDK
- OS: Ubuntu
- App Version: develop
Additional context
- How is eXist-db installed? docker
- Any custom changes in e.g.
conf.xml? none
