getting errors when app started

I am trying to install and use the recorder. Having some issues, i am including screen shot. see if you can help

you've already bower install-ed?

Yes i did, although i installed using 'npm install bower'
i am also seeing following

It would have to be just 'bower install'. That said, the more recent stacktrace is something else. Without more info, my wild guess would be that this is a node version issue.
