enclave will not install due to msbuild error in Microsoft windows #112
Description
I am trying to build a react-pwa app for personal use ,but enclave is not installing due to a BUILD error on microsoft windows

Building the projects in this solution one at a time. To enable parallel build, please add the "/m" switch.
