thoughts on the mod decoder

i was using hxcmod before but it needed the whole file in ram for it to work. then i found this library i didnt see that it had mod decoding too. it works well but im gonna modify it because i need some infos for my tracker ui and also sd.h isnt the best choice. it has crackles on i2s and also struggles like hell when all 4 channels are used. i visely advice you to fix that for future users
