hvPlot Lecture #51

Here are the beginnings of an hvPlot lecture for the book: https://github.com/tjcrone/rces-2022/blob/main/book/hvplot.ipynb. It needs work, more interstitial text, and it would probably be good to cover at least Panel as an additional, but I was only able to cover this much notebook in class today surprisingly. I don't know if these plots will render properly for the book, but maybe they will given what we saw in @jbednar's recent talk. Can always change the backend to Matplotlib I suppose. Feelings?
