Some pages have "undefined" in the page title #37
Description
Pages like "developer-guide" and "server-guide" are rendered in the browser without an informative HTML title.
This seems to be due to these pages being rendered through the direct links to the "readme.md" files in the other repos.
Perhaps we should add the "meta" header to the readme files to resolve this or we can figure out a different way to make the title more informative on these pages.
