Make a release including Python 3.13 support

The README suggests installing gitup via pip, but the version on PyPI of this tool is quite outdated (last update in 2019) and most notably doesn't support Python 3.13 yet. This means that users running an up-to-date Python are running into #69. It would be great if we could get a new release tagged and published! :)
