README.MD has wrong directory

This was covered in one of the closed issues, but it drove me crazy as a new user of Home Assistant installing their first custom component.   I assumed it was docker wackyness, not a simple typo.

Contrary to readme.md, you install in "custom_components", not "custom_component".  It's plural.
