Option - Install & Configure Autobidder

Investigate adding an option to pull and integrate Autobidder if the node owner chooses.

We're going to close this off, autobidder is pretty advanced level stuff and users must know how to work that on their own.

We can implement installation of autobidder if ~/harmony_autobidder is not present though, will investigate.
