Installation issue with SNPEff

Hi,
I am using Easybuild to install the software as modules. With SNPEff, I tried to install the latest version 5.2f, I edited the version within the existing eb file.
I encounter the following error:
Sanity check failed: sanity check command snpEff -version exited with code 1

I executed eb installation with -M to identify missing modules, and I get:
eb snpEff-5.2f-GCCcore-12.2.0-Java-11.eb --robot -M

Can I know how do I resolve this?
