Make event approval more robust#13

Finish Calendar Functionality

Event approval right now is just approve or reject with no option to send messages or retry.

Add:

Reject for specified reason
Resubmit rejected events for approval
Permanently reject events (for when things are totally atrocious/troll)
To pick up a draggable item, press the space bar. While dragging, use the arrow keys to move the item. Press space again to drop the item in its new position, or press escape to cancel.
