The Dolphin and Nautilus file managers can sort by date modified, but neither of those match the sorting that qimgv does. I can't exactly tell what's going on, but checking a couple of files, the modified dates are almost the same. Could this somehow break the sorting in qimgv? I'd be happy to provide more information
