Restore history for Eve v3.8.1:

• Issue Eve v3.8.1 no longer shows history for a Thermostat service without the ProgramCommand and ProgramData characteristics, which Eve Thermo uses to set its schedule. Also, Eve no longer shows the Valve Position history under Mode, but under Valve, which, by default, is hidden.
  Resolution homebridge-otgw now exposes these characteristics, but doesn't implement the schedule logic. When trying to change the schedule, it will revert to Off.
  As a positive side-effect: the temperature history chart now shows the Target Temperature in addition to the Current Temperature.
