Add Layers: Change 'Local GeoServer' to 'Ebola GeoNode'

When adding a layer to the MapLoom interface, it would be great if the option to add layers from the local GeoServer was aliased as "from Ebola GeoNode" instead, since many of the users have no idea what a GeoServer is.
