target="_blank" on links inside lists not working

On https://www.ecamp3.ch/en/contribute/, the links to the installation guides as well as the link to discord have a {target=_blank} in the markdown, but the `target="_blank"` HTML attribute is wrongly added to the `<li>` element instead of the `<a>` element.
