Currently clickable, Ctrl + Click or cmd + Click
Request:
If Ctrl or cmd is pressed, then the cursor should be displayed as a pointer when hovering over the link. This indicates that the link is now being opened.

Links in Print:
Render link in Print as effective link (so that every viewer can make the link clickable)
Render link in Print recognizable (blue underlined but not blue text, because contrast is bad if printed)
