Increment Version in package

With the new update to increment version code with our own script, is it possible to have this update the package.json version code? Or do we not want that to occur? It is something that feels odd to me to not have that version code matching the versions we are publishing.

Thinking through this more, I think we should avoid it. I think I have a way to allow for multiple versions of apps without changing our workflow or having unnecessary releases that we can discuss. What if we set it to 0.0.0?

After our conversation, I do think that setting it to 0.0.0 and not updating it for react-native projects makes sense.
