First of all this feature is not a beginner feature. Github tokens are a power full but also dangerous feature.

as i cannot bring the Feature to run currently on my side, and i am Stuck at creation of the Access Token.

@diplfranzhoepfinger have you seen that @MartinMelikMerkumians fixed a wrong link. Maybe that is the root cause of your problem.

it seems that "write" to Public Repos cannot be set at all.
