Add an API endpoint (and UI) for cancelling an active run

If e.g. a configuration mistake has been made, it would be nice to be able to quickly cancel an active run to save some time / resources and afterwards trigger a new run with fixed configuration.

After the respective API endpoint is implemented, the feature should also be exposed via the UI.
