Turn a run's "Job Configurations" menu into "(Run) Configuration"

There is more configuration to a run than just the job configurations, for example the (resolved) configuration context or ORT labels. These are removed from the overview as part of #1039 and should be displayed in a "(Run) Configuration" menu instead, which replaces the current "Job Configurations" menu.

In terms of visual representation of the configuration, the idea is to somewhat resemble the "create run" form, esp. if you think about it's pre-populated look when triggering a rerun. That way a user feels more familiar with the looks, and better remembers which parameter was entered where.

Initial refactoring in #2286. @hanna-modica, when reviewing this, we saw that the view resembling an input form would actually not be an optimal user experience - as it could lure the user to think that the page is somehow editable, even if we disable all its form components - so we decided against it, and instead, I did only some simplifications in that PR.

I have tried to however keep all the information in this page in the same order as they are presented in the run creation form.

I like, that in the run form there is a lot of collapsible elements. Maybe this could help with the clutter in the "Job Configurations" as well?

I like, that in the run form there is a lot of collapsible elements. Maybe this could help with the clutter in the "Job Configurations" as well?

I like the idea and will consider using the collapsible structure in a follow-up PR.
