Sometimes the run overview page doesn't render at all

It seems to happen at least in Docker Compose environment from time to time that when navigating to the run overview page, the page contents do not render at all, until refreshing the browser:

It also is evident from the screenshot that the run index hasn't been updated to the breadcrumb, either, although it should have.
