Consider adding an `ARCHITECTURE.md` file

The project is quite complex, so it would help new contributors to reason about things if there was an ARCHITECTURE.md file. It should probably outline the different parts of ORT Server, such as API, Orchestrator and the Workers, and how and why they communicate.
