Update deprecated dependency for Californium 2.0.0-M12

According translator - pom.xml, this project uses a milestone version, which is older than 2 years. In the meantime, 2.0.0 have been released for more than a year and the version 2 has reached 2.6.2.

So, beside of the time, any reason why this project sticks to M12?

Just as update:

Californium 2er reached version 2.6.6, and Californium 3er reached version 3.0.0.
This week, version 2.7.0 and 3.1.0 will follow.
For updating from 2.6.6 to 3.0.0, there are MIGRATION HINTS available.
