Proposal for Inclusion: Certificate Generation Tool for Arrowhead Platform

I would like to propose the inclusion of a new tool for certificate generation in the official Arrowhead Git repository. This tool is specifically designed to generate certificates in the .p12 format, catering to the needs of developers and users of the Arrowhead platform.

The certificate generation tool aims to simplify and streamline the process of generating certificates for the Arrowhead platform. It provides a user-friendly interface and supports the creation of certificates in the .p12 format.

That's great, every contribution is very welcomed!

The community holds an online status meeting every two weeks where new tools, adapters, support systems, etc. can be also introduced. Could you please demonstrate your tool there in 15-20 minutes as a first step?
