Tooltips behave unexpectedly #1215
Description
Bug Description:
The tooltips can have erratic behavior if moving around quickly.
Steps to Reproduce:
Quickly move your mouse while a tooltip is becoming opaque. It will move positions as soon as the transition ends, then not behave properly.
