Code syntax error, causing compilation failure

I get an error when using the org.eclipse.emfcloud.modelserver.glsp.integration-0.8.0.RC05.jar jar, and I'm not sure why the source code uses the interface to inherit a class

1. What error are you getting? Could you share the error message and a few more details?
2. Since the modelserver-glsp-integration provides base integration code for GLSP diagrams in a Model Server–aware editor environment, it extends the EMFModelState from the GLSP server code with some Model Server–related convenience methods.
