workflow.glsp.server.app/model usage

There are several ecore files in the coffee editor demo directory referenced above, and there is also a src-gen directory whose contents seem to have been generated from these ecore files (I'm guessing about that). These are all in the unbuilt distro. Should src-gen have been included, or will a backend build recreate it? More importantly, where did these ecore model files come from? A couple of them indicate they're part of some EclipseSource GLSP examples. Do you have some Eclipse EMF projects available for these?

The ecore files I'm talking about are in https://github.com/eclipse-emfcloud/coffee-editor/tree/master/backend/plugins/org.eclipse.emfcloud.coffee.workflow.glsp.server.app/model. The src-gen directory I'm questioning is at https://github.com/eclipse-emfcloud/coffee-editor/tree/master/backend/plugins/org.eclipse.emfcloud.coffee.workflow.glsp.server.app/src-gen.
